
Autumn Mercer MSN, FNP-C, AGNP-C
Autumn Mercer MSN, FNP-C, AGNP-C, is an Oregon native, born in Medford she started her nursing career in 2003. Working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner she found her passion in the field while caring for her grandmother who lived in the family home growing up.
Autumn graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Marysville University, St. Louis, Phi Beta Kappa. She has provided Primary and Urgent Care here in Oregon in addition to working in several Oregon hospitals. Autumn has helped build and develop local home care, hospice care, and long term care to allow local seniors to age in place.
She has recently developed a team of professionals to focus on preventative care, functional medicine, longevity, mental health and addiction as well as aesthetics.

Thea Wessel LPC, LAC, CADC III
Thea Wessel is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado, with LPC and CADC III credentials in Oregon. She holds national certifications from NAADAC as a Master Addictions Counselor (MAC) and National Certified Adolescent Addictions Counselor (NCAAC). Additionally, she is an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS), Reiki Master/Trainer, and level III practitioner in Cherokee bodywork. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. at The California Institute of Integral Studies.
She is trained in multiple clinical approaches, including Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Psychedelic-Assisted therapies, Daring Way, harm reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and transpersonal and integral psychologies.
Thea is committed to providing high-quality treatment for substance use disorders and educating the community about addiction, criminal justice, and mental health issues.

Susan Rugh MSN, NP-C
Susan Rugh MSN, NP-C, is an Oregon native, born in Corvallis.
She started her medical career as an Emergency Medical technician-firefighter in 1984 and continued to provide emergency medical care and critical care transport for over 30 years. After retiring from EMS, Sue wanted to continue to give back to her community and graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts.
As a nurse practitioner, she has provided Primary and Urgent Care and has recently worked as a Pain Management Specialist.
Sue is passionate about helping individuals find their health and wellbeing. She looks forward to assisting patients in developing an individual care plan that improves daily life, wellness, and fits into their individual lifestyle.

Babbette Murphy, RN, MSN, ACNP-BC
Babbette has dedicated more than 30 years to healthcare, beginning as a medical assistant and EMT/paramedic before building a diverse career in emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, functional medicine, and long-term care.
She holds degrees in biochemistry and nursing, along with advanced certification as a nurse practitioner. Her extensive training included critical care, trauma, and emergency medicine at leading institutions such as Stanford University Medical Center, UCSF Medical Center, and San Francisco General Hospital.
Babbette has served in executive leadership roles, opened multiple medical facilities, and developed trauma and critical care training programs for nurses and NPs. Ultimately, she returned to her passion—direct patient care.
After moving to Southern Oregon to be closer to family, Babbette transitioned from corporate healthcare to a more personal approach, focusing on patient-centered, holistic wellness. She is excited to bring her experience and compassion to EmpowHer Health Collaborative, helping patients achieve their goals for health, wellbeing, and longevity.
